SemiSend provides a digital escrow platform that allows users to conduct secure transactions where funds are temporarily held until agreed conditions have been satisfied.
SemiSend acts solely as a facilitator of secure payment handling and does not assume responsibility for the goods or services exchanged between users.
User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain platform features.
Users agree to:

Notify SemiSend of any unauthorised account access
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
User Conduct
Users must not:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt platform operations

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Dispute Resolution
Where disputes arise between users, SemiSend may assist in facilitating communication or reviewing evidence related to the transaction.
SemiSend may temporarily hold funds while disputes are reviewed. Users remain responsible for resolving contractual obligations between themselves.
Limitation of Liability
SemiSend provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as available” basis.
SemiSend is not responsible for:
Product quality
Delivery failures
Service performance between users
Losses resulting from user misconduct
Users remain responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and safety of their transactions.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the SemiSend platform shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction within Australia.
